What payment methods are there?

How can I track my order?
After you’ve made your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder) and once it has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with the completed order and the link to “View order” and “Track my order” which will redirect you to the courier company responsible for your order.

Can I change my order?
As long as the order has not been sent, you can write to us at info@atticgo.com with the changes you want to make and we will carry them out manually.

Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if it has not been sent. To do so, you must write to us at info@atticgo.com with your order information and the reason for cancelling.

How can I find my order number?
When you make your order, we send you a confirmation email with the order number (please check your spam folder if you have not received it).

Is tax included in the price?
Yes, the price of the rugs includes VAT.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands, with a surcharge). Check delivery times and prices

Can I apply more than one discount code?
No, you can only use one discount code per order.

I need an invoice. How can I obtain one?
Write to us at info@atticgo.com with your order number and your billing details and we will send it to you in 48-72 hours.

I have made a return. How long does it take you to refund the money?
We check the rug the same day we receive it at our warehouses, and if everything is as it should be, we proceed with the refund immediately. You will receive an email with the confirmation of the refund using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
